General Terms & Conditions of Sale

Booking policy : 

To guarantee your booking, you will be asked to provide a credit card number and its expiration date will be requested. After reception of the reservation the hotel will keep a deposit of an amount of :

•        100% of the value of the first night for a stay of 1 to 3 nights. 
•        1/3rd of the total of your reservation for a stay of 4 nights or more.

This deposit can be paid by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, American Express, MasterCard/Eurocard) whose holder is the reserving party or by bank transfer (IBAN or RIB sent on request in case of bank charges will be paid by the guest). 

In case of payment by credit card, the client acknowledges having given the authorization to debit the amount corresponding to the deposit or the total of the reservation.

If we do not have your credit card number yet, please indicate by name of the cardholder + 16 digit number + date of validity + last 3 digits on the back, same for American Express card. 

The reservation will be firm and definitive upon receipt of our confirmation email. The confirmation of the reservation summarizes the dates of stay, the services ordered and the prices corresponding to them, and the amount of the deposit paid if applicable.

The payment of the balance of the stay will be made on the spot at the arrival.

 Means of payment accepted on site:

•        ANCV, ANCV Connect.
•        Cash  €uros only.
•        Credit card, Visa, MasterCard / Eurocard,American Express.
•        ETIK by LOGIS loyalty  Voucher, Gift Voucher by LOGIS, E-card Gift by LOGIS.

Cancellation policy :

The cancellation period without charge is:

•        30 days before the date of arrival for stays from July 10 to August 31.
•        7 days before the arrival date from June 1st to July 9th and in September.
•        3 days before the date of arrival for all other dates.

 If you cancel outside this period, the deposit will be retained totaly.

For reservations made directly with the hotel, any request for cancellation or modification must be sent in writing, by mail or email to contact@hotellaforestiere.com.

For internet reservations, they must be cancelled directly in your customer account.

The cancellation of a reservation is effective upon receipt of an e-mail from us confirming that the cancellation is taken into account on the date of receipt of the request by the Hotel La Forestière of the e-mail or letter. 

In the event of a shortened stay or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be invoiced.

Subjectto availability and acceptance by the Hotel La Forestière, requests for changes in regards to the extension of the stay, increase in the number of persons or modification of one of the services included initially, the customer must pay the additional cost of the change.

The customer will have to pay the difference in price between the initial Package and the new

package. These additional costs must be paid directly at the reception desk if the stay is in progress or by bank transfer, CBVAD as soon as the modifications are confirmed by email.

For any modification concerning a reduction in the amount of persons, the change of seasonality for a lower one or the suppression of one of the reserved services reserved, the amount of the initial order remains due.
